A downloadable degradation
All plots resolve themselves into background noise.
Found footage frames handpicked from deteriorating VHS cassettes. Arranged according to various strains of paranoia, chance association, pareidolia, and other subconscious promptings.
These images were exhumed especially for NOISE JAM. Feel free to use any in your jam submission! Or otherwise free to use in any way you like.
Note: None of the noise was artificially induced, but occurred “naturally” during the transfer process. Many of these tapes are colonized by the common basement mold Cladosporium, and/or are experiencing various other states of decay.

These are all from my real VHS collection, from some of the most degraded tapes I have. All the screens are just captures of the degraded tapes + that particular VCR
